The annual Fundamentals of Employee Benefits Program sponsored by the American Law Institute-American Bar Association will be held in Orlando, Florida from March 5-7, 2009. This seminar is a soup-to-nuts introduction to the world of ERISA and the Code focusing on qualified retirement plans but with also an introduction to COBRA and HIPAA. The course is taught at a basic introductory level and is suitable for both the new practitioner (including both attorneys and TPAs) as well as the generalist who must periodically weave through the web that this ERISA.
