Final Rule On Missing Participants in Terminated and Abandoned Plans

The DOL has issued amendments to the Safe Harbor for distributions from terminated individual account plans and termination of abandoned individual account plans to require Inherited Individual Retirement Plans for missing nonspouse beneficiaries.
