Agencies Release Final Newborns’ and Mothers’ Health Rules

The IRS, Treasury, DOL and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services along with the Department of Health and Human Services have released final regulations governing the requirements applicable to group health plans under the Newborns’ and Mothers’ Health Protection Act of 1996.
