On January 20, 2009, President Obama’s Chief of Staff issued an order staying the release of any regulations until the Administration has had a chance to review. This includes the then pending release of the DOL’s fee disclosure regulations. The attached Bulletin from Reish Luftman Reicher & Cohen discusses the status of various regulations of interest.
