The PBGC has updated its website to reflect e-filing requirements with respect to Section 4010 filings as updated in the final regulations issued a few days ago.

On March 19, 2009, the e-4010 application was modified to incorporate changes required under the Pension Protection Act of 2006 and PBGC’s final 4010 regulation. The changes apply only to information years beginning after 2007. The application is also equipped to handle filings for prior years.
